Valley of the Kings Newfoundlands is nestled in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley in Corvallis, Montana. At VOTKN, we are committed to raising high-quality dogs that embody all of the traditional and beloved traits of the breed. Known as gentle giants, Newfoundlands make wonderful companions and family dogs, often referred to as the perfect blend of affection and loyalty. They are soulful, patient, kind, playful, and thrive on human companionship, forming strong bonds with their families that last a lifetime. While Newfies are happy to climb up onto the couch for a snuggle during quiet evenings, they are also active dogs who need mental and physical stimulation to be their best selves.

Our dogs run on 180 acres with plenty of space to roam, including expansive pastures, ponds, and creeks for swimming, and a variety of critters for chasing, allowing them to engage in natural behaviors that keep them healthy and energized. Newfies truly thrive outside and enjoy exploring the great outdoors! That being said, Newfies can also live happily in city and suburban areas with proper exercise and socialization, proving their adaptability to various living situations.

While these giant, drooling, thick-coated dogs won’t keep your house clean, their playful antics and affectionate nature will fill it with joy and love.
